Expert witness

Clients frequently call on us to act on their behalf as expert witnesses in legal cases relating to water quality, system design or failure. As part of this support, we conduct thorough surveys and audits to identify where any defects or liabilities exist, as well as carrying out, where necessary, extensive sampling and chemical and bacteriological analysis in our laboratories. We are then in a position to provide clear, comprehensive opinions on which a legal judgement can be based.
