Microbiology/ Physico-Chemical laboratory analysis

Our fully equipped laboratory enables us to offer an extensive range of microbiological and physico-chemical tests on water, air and food samples, in line with legislative requirements. Tests can be tailored to your specific requirements or taken from a tried-and-tested range of prepared analytical suites.

• We offer a fast, affordable service to examine and identify any bacteria, algae, fungi, yeasts and moulds present. These tests range for simple bacteria colony count and coliform analysis to more specialist techniques for the isolation of organisms such as legionella bacteria.
  

• These analyses give you a clear picture of the quality, maintenance and operation of water treatment systems and air conditioning systems or issues relating to food hygiene.
  

• Our tests also allow us to evaluate the efficiency of specific biocides and disinfectants, so that we can advise you on dosage, and the effectiveness of water systems and hygiene practices in place.
  

• We also test samples for physicochemical components. This allows us to monitor water quality for potability, corrosion, effluent discharge and even unknown deposits from industrial processes and water systems.
